How to update the DT28 firmware manually

Notes:

1.DO NOT use 0.2.0 firmware for upgrade if your device is 1.0.3 version.

2.You can usually upgrade your DT28 over DT NO.1/FUNDO APP or get (upgradefile) files to install. If there is trouble, You can try it manually by following the steps below.

3. Before update process, make sure your watch has enough power, the network is normal, and Bluetooth is connected.

4. Keep your phone near the smartwatch and stay on the upgrade page until finish upgrading, which will take about 5min.

5. The device will be not light up temporary, just continue and follow the instructions until the finish.

1.Firmware Update through Bluetooth（Below we updated with iPhone/iPad as an example)
① Download both “nRF Toolbox” and “NRF Connect” APP on the application on your phone.
② Download the FIRMWARE UPDATE PACKAGE on your phone, open package on nRF Toolbox app. See as below screenshot.

③ Enter NRF Connect app, find the model of your watch to pair, then click CONNECT. It will show up icon

on your watch status if it connects successfully. After connected, click Secure DFU Service (DO NOT CLICK ON DFU BUTTON). Now go to the THIRD screenshot, click

icon. Then type “42” on pop-up Ox, Click SEND, at this moment, your watch screen will be off.

④ Return to the home page, then enter nRF Toolbox, click SELECT DEVICE, find the device name “DfuTarg”, after connected, click Upload. Updating begins now, when complete the update, the watch screen will be on.

2.Firmware Update through Bluetooth（Android）
① Download “NRF Connect” app on the application on your phone.
② Click SCANNER to search Bluetooth name

③ Find your watch device model (make sure Bluetooth address on your phone is as the same as on your watch), click CONNECT. It will show up icon

on your watch status if it connects successfully. Click DFU, default file type will be ZIP. Click OK at the bottom right corner, manually choose ZIP file that you need to update. Then click Bluetooth name at the upward side, you can see the updating progress.
