So we are going to show this part of users how to bind smartwatches from DT NO.1 with the app WearPro.
1. Download the app WearPro
When you receive a new smartwatch from DT NO.1 with a package box, you can find a WearPro download QR code on it. Then, scan the QR code with your mobile phone to download the app.
2.Two ways to bind
After you download the app, you open it and register a new account or sign in anonymously. After you sign in, tap “Device” on the bottom bar to go to the page of binding. You will see there are two ways to bind smartwatches from DT NO.1.
The first one is “Search for bound devices”. First of all, scrolling down the watch face of your smartwatch, you will see an “i” icon, tap it, a QR code and a serial number will be shown. Open the app, tap “Search for bound devices”, look for the serial number you just saw on your watch. Then Tap the serial number to bind the smartwatch.
The second method is “Scan code to bind device”. The fist step is the same with above, look for the QR code and the serial number of your watch. Then go back to WearPro, tap “Scan code to bind device” to scan the QR code of your watch to bind it.
3. Solve the binding error by yourself
Although users have mastered two ways to bind smartwatches from DT NO.1, they still encounter some problems of being unable to bind them sometimes, so here we are going to show you how to solve the binding error by yourself.
If you can not bind your smartwatch with the methods mentioned above, you need to have these three things checked.
The first one is the watch is bound by other devices. In this situation, you are not able to bind the smartwatch successfully, because it is occupied by other devices. So you need to unbind your smartwatch with other devices, and then bind the app on your mobile phone.
The second thing is that if you have given the location permission to the app WearPro. Because of some requirements of communication protocol, users need to give the location permission to the app when they use Bluetooth to bind smartwatches. Open the settings of your mobile phone, find the app WearPro, tap “Location”, and choose “While using the app” or “always”.
The third one is that if your mobile phone Bluetooth has connected to so many devices. If the answer is yes, you may need to disconnect some other devices you don’t use often and make sure the connected devices are no more than three. That’s because the number of devices allowed to connect to mobile phones is limited.
Ok, after you make all these things checked, you can get down to the business of binding the watch. First of all, we suggest you reactivate your mobile phone's Bluetooth and reboot your mobile phone, that’s to clear the cache memory in it. Then open the app, and try to bind the watch.
And if your watch had been bound to the app WearPro before, you would need to disconnect the watch on the Bluetooth list of your mobile phone by “Forget this device”. Then go back to the app WearPro to bind the watch.
That’s all you can master to solve the binding error by yourself. Thank you for your patience, and if you have any question about smartwatches from DT NO.1, please email us(support@dtone.cc).
